Hi. Where is the biweekly WASI meeting taking place nowadays?
There used to be aWASI Subgroup Video Meeting invite, but that stopped on July 24.

The invite already mentioned for a while:

We are transitioning this invite to a Google Group (wasi-sg). If you receive an invite to join this group, please accept.

But I don't have access to that group.

I’m also missing it, if anyone has it - I am in a cosmonic zoom where I’m the only person so I assume the link has gone bad somehow

So I deleted the cal invite for today to free up calendars.

I have an email address that ends in .io in the google group for you Dave. A calendar invite should be sent to that address. One of several rough edges with using google groups to manage the calendar invite, is that it's frictionful for non-google emails. Calendaring systems in general are a pain. We were pushed out of using a regular calendar invite because we're at 250+ members. Open to other solutions if folks have them.

startup idea: calendar site that everyone pays $1/mo for, but it works with everyone

heh yeah it's definitely the cost that's part of the challenge. Googling a bit and a paid solution like Calendly might work. The reality is that we're not actually free anyways rolling on my cosmonic zoom account. I could try changing from the google group of emails to individual emails on the zoom invite. Zoom should already be providing multiple email provider options, but fun thing I just ran into, you have to enter each email individually.

Perhaps we try Teams (as one of the fun comments in that thread suggests) and learn it's own unique challenges? I'd feel better knowing whether or not someone pulled this off without issue with this audience size. Things seem to work across systems up to 200 but fall apart after that.

This is for the Zoom 5.13.11 app on Windows 10 Enterprise, when using the "Schedule Meeting" feature.   I need to add a long list of invitee emails. Through trial and error I was able to figure out I could only enter 1 bare email address at a time, then hit space to convert it into an object, limite...

Good news! We have a solution. We are able to use the WebAssembly CG calendar. I will update docs tomorrow, but use this to get your calendar invite (same zoom)
