- [x] A short description of what this does, why it is needed: it's difficult to understand what encodings are available; i.e., when codegen fails due to not finding an encoding for an instruction it is difficult to understand why. I think the idea started here could be extended with predicates to make it more useful--please let me know what else might be good to know in this type of listing.
