I was attempting to open up the additional assets (since I needed something farther down the list) for 3.0.1 and when I try to do so, it just hangs.
Opening the additional assets for 3.0.0 works fine.
If this is not the right place to post this, please advise and sorry.

but this did work:

so it looks like just the UI of GH is hosed?
