there doesn't seem to be a zoom link on the calendar event anymore, does anyone have a link? cc @Aaron Turon who I think is the owner of this event now.

I think @Aaron Turon is the owner of the meeting

It belongs to Pat Hickey

I posted my notes into the Bi-Weekly Meeting Notes; they might be a little _too_ verbose, lol:

Please give me some feedback here; I also added a little structure to carry over our todo's and topic backlog over

I would also comment that the next regularly scheduled meeting is on a Thanksgiving Day in the US; not sure if we would consider moving the meeting forward / backward a day @Till Schneidereit

Thank you so much for sharing these, @Liam Randall! I think it's great to have detailed notes of this kind, and I really appreciate you putting in this work

view this post on Zulip Till Schneidereit (Nov 13 2020 at 13:38):

And yes, good call on Thanksgiving! I'll make sure to move the meeting, or explicitly cancel it if we can't find a good alternative time

It was my pleasure. I am happy to help. Please let me know if that's _too_ detailed or if you'd like it captured but w/o attribution.

On the scheduling, I feel like there is so much positive work going on and it's only twice a month - heading into the holidays does it make sense to just do this one on Wednesday?

On the release processes, I'm running down a checklist of key decisions for you to make; hopefully it will organize it a bit for you.

I think it's good, though we should start the meeting with an explicit mention of public notes to make sure people are aware

good point, yes. I'll look into the scheduling and see if Wednesday works for enough people
