In today's Wasmtime meeting it was clear that there was significant interest in figuring out Wasmtime's debugging story's "north star": what we want Wasmtime's debugging support to look like N years in the future. And then figuring out what it takes to get from here to there, and putting all of this together as an RFC. Basically, by exploring the design space and coming to consensus on where we want to land within that design space, we are in a much better position to start taking implementation steps to get there.

So I am organizing a meeting for interested parties to get together and start hashing this stuff out. Let me know if you'd like to join and I'll invite you.

Yes interested here, been looking at DWARF implementation and DWARF docs last week or two. Want to see what is the right way to implement and help here on the redesign.
