Any final comments or objections before merging https://github.com/bytecodealliance/cranelift/pull/1359 ? It seems like a useful thing to do. If by Tuesday of next week (Feb 22nd) there are no blocking issues, my current disposition would be to merge this.

Yup, LGTM; we'll have to rebase the arm64 backend branch that that's totally do-able and I don't want to hold up anything.
