The formatting for some of the stuff in https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/blob/master/cranelift/docs/ir.md seems to be broken(blocks listing the grammar, images). It looks like the markdown file was converted from an org-mode file.

Can I create a PR to make fixes for these? Or is there any reason to keep it the way it is?

Yeah, it was converted, and yes, PRs to improve it would be welcome!

It was actually converted from a ReStructuredText file, not an org-mode.
