Hi all, I'm Ilyas. I posted a plan on #9402 for moving constant pools out of .text and would like to take it on: https://github.com/bytecodealliance/wasmtime/issues/9402#issuecomment-6069050941

It follows cfallin's two-blob idea, with AArch64 switching to adrp-based loads, and I have a few open questions there about where the setting and the section should live. Any feedback is welcome, here or on GitHub, whichever works best for you.
