I also went ahead and updated the cranelift demo to work on macs and have the latest deps: https://github.com/bytecodealliance/cranelift-jit-demo/pull/73

This PR does two separate fixes: Updates the demo to use the current latest cranelift dependencies Updates the demo to be able to run on aarch64 systems like the M1 chip
