Till Schneidereit (Sep 22 2026 at 18:58): Till Schneidereit (Sep 22 2026 at 18:58):As a heads-up, the cap-std project is no longer a Bytecode Alliance hosted project and has moved out of the bytecodealliance github account. It's instead turned into a personal project by its original author, Dan Gohman. This includes the repositories for cap-std itself as well as its direct dependencies system-interface and fs-set-times. At the same time, we archived the arf-strings repository.
The context is that since the recent direct integration of the relevant parts of cap-std's functionality into Wasmtime, the BA doesn't have any direct consumers of cap-std. Under these circumstances, Dan preferred to continue the project outside of the Bytecode Alliance.
GitHub is automatically forwarding all relevant links, so this should largely avoid any disruptions. Please let us know if you encounter any.
