We have two vacancies in or research group for people interested in doing a PhD about WebAssembly and Confidential Computing.

We do very practical-oriented research in collaboration with industry and open source partners.

We're looking for people who have a masters in computer science or equivalent, can show they're great programmers, and are good at writing about their work.

These are two well-paid positions in Ghent, Belgium. Base pay is calculated using this salary scale: https://www.ugent.be/en/work/talent/welcoming-new-staff/salaryscales/aapvwpeas3.htm We include relevant industry experience for your seniority scale. In addition to this, you get a bunch of benefits, holiday pay, 13th month etc. Don't forget to multiply everything by the current index (x2,0807 currently).
