I just wanted to check that nothing weird is going on here.

Pat Hickey (Mar 31 2020 at 22:55):he had to do a lot of engineering of the release scripts to get this release out the door, it was originally intended to be 0.13, then some fixes to that were made as 0.14, and finally it went out as 0.15.
